What the job is
Scope: Review NPDES general and individual CAFO permit applications, including nutrient management, agricultural erosion and sediment control, and preparedness, prevention and contingency plans.
Deliverables: Document deficiencies with supporting citations; prepare signed and sealed review fact sheets, draft public notices, and comment responses as applicable.
Qualifications: Licensed engineer, geologist, land surveyor, or landscape architect with at least five years of Pennsylvania CAFO permitting experience. Please include resumes.
Timing: Initial review within 20% of the assigned review period; up to two additional reviews, each within 10%.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates by professional, including all administrative, travel, and other expenses, fixed for the two-year term.
