Routine cleaningTrash removal, vacuuming, carpet spot cleaning, entrance glass cleaning, break room cleaning, restroom sanitizing, and supply restocking. Include weekly dusting and detailed cleaning, plus monthly vent, upholstery, appliance, and hard-floor cleaning.
Seasonal sanitizingAntimicrobial cleaning of hand-touch surfaces twice weekly, November through March.
QuarterlyInterior and exterior window cleaning in January, April, July, and October.
April and OctoberHot-water extraction of all carpets in April and high-traffic carpets in October, dry by the next business day; dust both sides of blinds and scrub/refinish hard floors, using pH-neutral cleaner for luxury vinyl tile.
Annual and additional workSidewalk pressure washing, chair cleaning, and computer room floor cleaning in May; cleaning after workspace moves, lamp replacement, and on-call cleaning with same-day emergency response.
Supplies and staffingProvide cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables; itemize paper products, feminine products, liners, and soap separately. Staff must undergo background checks and be trained for biohazard cleanup.
PricingProvide monthly routine-service pricing, per-service periodic and additional-work pricing, and an hourly on-call rate per person, including any annual increases over the three-year term.
