What the job is
Staffing: Provide two full-time Peer Case Managers, one full-time bilingual Spanish-speaking outreach peer, and qualified supervisory coverage.
Core Services: Provide peer case management, recovery planning, outreach, referrals, court support, resource coordination, and timely case documentation.
Coverage: Attend all participant arraignments and required program meetings, with coverage for staff absences.
Response Time: Complete initial outreach within seven calendar days of citation and serve participants across all areas of Washington County.
Participant Support: Manage incentives, mobile phones, and allowable support funds.
Qualifications: Maintain required peer credentials, applicable insurance, confidentiality safeguards, and English- and Spanish-language service capacity.
Term: Services are anticipated from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032, subject to annual renewal.
