Products: At least 30% of slots in each machine must offer healthier options; include water, low/no-sugar beverages, and varied snacks. No glass containers.
Equipment: New or like-new, ADA-accessible, NSF-certified or equivalent machines accepting cash and cashless payments, including tap-to-pay where connectivity permits. Include any required connectivity costs.
Service: Restock at least weekly; provide seven-day on-call support and restore malfunctioning machines within 24 hours of the initial report.
Pricing and commissions: Include product sizes and vend prices, beverage and snack commission percentages payable monthly, any cashless fees, and an optional minimum annual guarantee. Historical annual sales are approximately $60,420; future sales are not guaranteed.
