Security: SOC 2 Type II certification, ISO 27001 compliance, MFA, granular permissions, audit logs, disaster recovery, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and U.S.-based hosting and data access.
Implementation and support: Account setup, onboarding, documentation, at least one virtual training session, 99.9% uptime, 24/7 support availability, a dedicated account manager, and weekday responses within 24 hours.
