Coverage: All 12 districts: Lima, Bowling Green, Ashland, Akron, Jacksontown, Delaware, Sidney, Lebanon, Chillicothe, Marietta, New Philadelphia, and Garfield Heights.
Service term: 24 months, with separate firm per-gallon pricing for years one and two for every district. Specify any payment offered for the oil or disposal fee charged, excluding taxes.
Volume: Estimated 2,000–8,000 gallons annually per district; actual quantities vary. Oil quality and condition are not guaranteed.
Pickup: Within five calendar days of notification, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Testing: Screen each tank or container onsite for chlorinated solvents and provide written results at pickup.
Disposal: Use an environmentally compliant disposal method and include a brief description with your quote.
