What the job is
Removal: De-energize and disconnect the Liebert Nfinity 4-16 UPS (model NB12S0412600), remove feeder wiring, disconnects, and conduit back to the electrical panel, and leave the empty chassis on site.
Disposal: Remove all internal battery modules and provide hauling, certified recycling, and EPA-compliant disposal of batteries and scrap electrical materials.
Electrical: Supply and install a dedicated branch circuit, breaker, and receptacle sized for the replacement UPS.
Replacement UPS: Supply, rack-mount, and set up one Vertiv Liebert GXT5 Lithium-Ion UPS, model GXT5LI-3000LVRT2UXLN, 120V, including rack rails and a network management card.
Required walkthrough: Attend October 14 or October 20, 2026, from 12:00–4:00 PM ET.
Quote: Itemize equipment, electrical installation, and removal/disposal labor; include the UPS manufacturer cut-sheet and proof of applicable state electrical licensing and liability insurance.
