- Service periodMarch 1, 2027–February 28, 2030.
- Continuing education90 live virtual courses, at least one credit hour each, covering rural EMS needs, including pediatric, geriatric, cardiac, and trauma care.
- Refresher training48-hour paramedic refresher courses for 200 participants, delivered virtually or in person and meeting Ohio certification requirements.
- Additional trainingEMT/community paramedic training for 20 individuals, plus paramedic advancement training. Pricing estimates list 35 EMT/community paramedic trainings and 10 individual paramedic trainings annually; please identify your pricing basis.
- Bootcamps12 community paramedic bootcamps annually, with attendance tracking.
- Assessments and meetingsAnnual targeted surveys, a statewide or local rural EMS needs assessment, and in-person stakeholder meetings in all four regions by June 30. Surveys are due March 31; assessments are due July 31.
- Reporting and coordinationMonthly status meetings, training participation records, survey findings and data in digital and paper formats, and annual program reports due August 31.
- PricingProvide itemized unit rates inclusive of instructors, facilities, travel, materials, and reporting. Use qualified instructors meeting Ohio EMS training requirements.
