- Replacement: Furnish and install one Wayne Dalton Model CFS-510 rolling counter door, 11′9″ × 3′8″, per manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Construction: Nonrated, clear anodized aluminum with flat slats for face-of-wall mounting.
- Operation and locking: Right-side manual hand crank and pad-lockable slide bolts at both ends; padlocks excluded.
- Access: Adjacent equipment may need temporary relocation to access guide mounting anchors.
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with installation completed on consecutive days.
- Pricing: Include all materials, labor, disposal, and required permit and engineering fees. Quote must remain valid for at least 30 days.
