What the job is
Food service: Weekly full cleanout after evening meal cleanup, with entire food service facility fogging at least quarterly and follow-up as needed.
Pest coverage: Control and prevention of rodents, roaches, bed bugs, fleas, lice, flies, bees, yellow jackets, ants, spiders, and other listed insects. Include all labor, equipment, materials, traps, bait stations, and rodent disposal.
Methods and inspections: Prioritize nonchemical controls; include an initial inspection, monthly prevention recommendations, and service reports.
Emergency response: Treatment within 24 hours of notification at no additional charge, with a 24-hour contact number.
Personnel: Licensed pest control business and qualified, licensed applicators able to meet facility security and escort requirements. Services must be performed directly; subcontracting is prohibited.
Site visit: Required before quoting unless your company previously completed a site visit for this service.
