Service: Provide timely pickup and return trips, including appointments as early as 5:00 a.m.
Vehicles: Provide accessible vehicles with securement and electrical hookups for medical equipment.
Billing and pricing: Bill Medicare, Medicaid, and other applicable insurers directly for eligible trips. Quote in-county and out-of-county mileage, daily vehicle and driver standby, hourly after-hours standby, and fees for trips over 200 miles.
