Platform pricing basis: Fixed implementation costs plus bundled monthly pricing per active vehicle; evaluate 50 agency vehicles at the 210-vehicle network tier.
Turnkey pricing scenario: Hypothetical Ohio operation covering 75 square miles; 30 leased vehicles, including 9 wheelchair-accessible vehicles and 6 total spares; one facility, drivers, fuel, maintenance, insurance, tablets, connectivity, dispatch and customer support.
Service volume: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., 250 days annually; 150,000 passenger trips, 60,000 vehicle revenue hours, 6,000 non-revenue hours and 862,500 total vehicle miles annually; target 90% of pickups within 20 minutes.
Cost breakdown: Separate platform implementation/subscription and turnkey startup/operating costs; use a five-year evaluation and 120-day mobilization period, identifying annual escalation, assumptions and exclusions.
