What the job is
Project term: Support multiple facility improvement and construction projects over approximately five years, beginning immediately after award.
Pre-construction: Review plans for conflicts, cost savings, constructability, scheduling concerns, and mitigation opportunities.
Construction oversight: Provide cost estimating, field inspections, progress reporting, contractor coordination, pay application and change-order review, document administration, and closeout support.
Required staff: Owner’s representative/advisor with at least 10 years of AEC experience, construction inspector with at least 5 years of experience, and construction cost estimator.
Insurance: Minimum $1 million liability and errors-and-omissions coverage.
Qualifications: Provide relevant firm and staff experience, proposed rates, and three references for comparable work.
