What the job is
Scope: Provide labor, materials, and equipment to repair concrete around interior posts and prep, frame, and pour a 50 ft × 10 ft apron and a 20 ft × 20 ft pad connecting the apron to the east-side man door.
Concrete: 6-inch-thick, 4,000 psi concrete with fiber reinforcement.
Finish: Broom finish, tooled edges, stress/saw cuts, and spray-applied concrete sealer upon completion.
Site preparation: Apron and pad bases will be installed and ready for slab preparation and form layout. Stone will be available on site for leveling touch-ups.
