What the job is
Scope: Clean glass, frames, surrounds, and ledges at multiple sites and stories, including tinted, film-covered, and plexiglass surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods.
Equipment: Provide all labor, supplies, and access equipment, including rope descent, poles, and lifts as needed. Commercial cleaning drone capability is required, with pure/deionized water, soft-washing capability, and a pressure washing system rated at least 4,000 PSI.
Qualifications: BASP and CWC certifications, FAA Part 107 certification for drone operators, and $2 million per-occurrence aviation/UAS liability coverage, plus general liability and workers’ compensation.
Scheduling: Respond to site visit and quote requests within 72 calendar hours, or 24 hours for emergencies. Evening and weekend work may be needed; complete each location within six consecutive days.
Pricing: Provide standard and emergency hourly rates for supervisor labor, window washing crew, rope descent, pole cleaning, construction cleanup, special events, and drone cleaning, including all applicable costs. The initial term is one year, with two optional one-year renewals and no guaranteed service volume.
