ServiceAs-needed, non-shared passenger transportation to destinations within Greenville, Pitt County, and outside Pitt County; standard taxicab service, without medical transport.
ScheduleEstimated 1–10 requests daily, primarily Monday–Friday, 6:00–10:30 a.m.; pickup required within one hour of contact. Occasional holiday, evening, weekend, and ADA transportation required.
TermOne year beginning April 18, 2027, or later upon agreement execution, with two optional one-year renewals.
Estimated annual mileage700 in-town; 5,000 in-county; 175,000 out-of-county; 300 holiday; 600 after-hours. Volume is not guaranteed.
PricingPlease provide all-inclusive per-mile rates for each category for the initial year and both renewal years. Billable mileage runs from pickup to drop-off only, with the same trip cost for single or multiple passengers.
QualificationsGreenville for-hire registration, taxicab insurance, and background-checked drivers required; vendor supplies vehicles, fuel, and maintenance.
