Term options: Quote 12, 24, and 36 months beginning July 1, 2028.
Pricing: Fixed basis in $/Dth to four decimal places for each term, including upstream transportation, fuel retention/losses, city gate charges, and marketing margins. Identify any NYMEX strip/trigger execution fees separately.
Commodity purchases: Support fixed-price NYMEX strips and monthly market purchases; credit unused prepurchased volumes at the fixed basis plus actual monthly NYMEX settlement price.
Qualifications: Enbridge Gas certification and at least five years of experience serving comparable loads.
Billing: Separate calendar-month invoices for each account, plus requested mid-June closeout invoices for three central utility plant accounts.
