Response: Emergency response within 30 minutes; restore breakdowns within two calendar days unless an extension is approved. Maintain two passenger elevators in service.
Term and pricing: Estimated start December 31, 2026, for one year with four annual renewals. Provide monthly pricing for all four elevators for each year, plus regular, overtime, and weekend/holiday hourly rates for a mechanic and a mechanic with helper for authorized work outside covered maintenance.
