What the job is
Flagging: Identify and mark designated easement and work area limits.
Mowing and cutting: Mow easements, trim around sewer structures, and clear vegetation that restricts access.
Clearing: Remove brush, vines, fallen limbs, and small trees where authorized; protect adjacent property and dispose of debris.
Pricing: Provide an hourly flagging rate, a per linear foot cutting rate for areas with three years or less growth, a per linear foot clearing rate for areas with more than three years of growth, and a total not to exceed price.
Term: Three years, with up to two one-year extensions.
