Separate alternate: Complete modernization of Business School Elevator 02 (East), including replacement of the complete jack assembly.
Alternate mechanical work: Include AC-2S replacement and associated demolition, condensate piping, controls, disconnects, and load-side wiring in the alternate price. Existing AC-2S must remain operational under the base scope.
Machine-room controls: Provide local wall-mounted temperature and humidity controls with adjustable settings of 75°F and 50% RH, continuous operation, and manufacturer-approved interfaces. No building automation integration is required.
