Facility: One floor, 5,942 square feet: 20 offices, one conference room, five common areas, two bathrooms, and two computer rooms; half carpet and half hard flooring.
Schedule: Monday through Friday after 5:00 PM ET for one year, starting January 1, 2027, or later, with two optional one-year renewals.
Routine cleaning: Remove trash, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean the kitchen, sanitize restrooms, and replenish supplies.
Twice yearly: Clean cloth chairs, heating and cooling vents, and inside and outside glass; shampoo carpets; strip, re-wax, and buff hard floors.
Annual cleaning: Dust and wash 25 Venetian blinds, including removal and reinstallation; glass cleaning covers 25 windows and four glass doors or partitions.
Supplies: Provide all equipment, cleaning products, heavy-duty trash liners, paper products, antibacterial hand soap, and air fresheners; only paper supplies may be stored onsite.
