Equipment: 18 condensers, 124 VAV/VRF units, and 5 mini-split units.
Schedule: Four seasonal maintenance visits per year for one year, with two optional one-year renewals.
Maintenance: Check refrigerant levels and leaks, controls, electrical connections, motors, fans, belts, bearings, compressors, filters, and condensate drains; record operating readings. Include seasonal coil cleaning and heater safety checks.
Filters: Provided onsite; give advance notice of service dates to allow delivery.
Pricing: Include labor, transportation, and equipment. Provide separate quarterly and annual prices for each facility, renewal pricing, standard and after-hours repair rates, refrigerant charges, and parts discount percentage.
Site visit: Mandatory attendance on October 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET at the address above.
Warranty: One year on workmanship and standard manufacturer warranties on materials.
