What the job is
Service period: January 1–December 30, 2027; provide all labor and equipment.
Mowing: Every two weeks April 1–October 30, with weekly mowing for designated Fifth Street lots and the Imperial Site; monthly maintenance October 30–April 1. Rake clippings as needed.
Weeding and edging: Remove weeds around structures, fences, trees, and beds; mechanically edge sidewalks, curbs, and driveways at each mowing.
Debris removal: Collect and haul away trash, dumped items, and limbs every two weeks throughout the year.
Trimming: Trim hedges and bushes monthly April–October; remove low limbs and vines, including tree growth up to 12 feet and growth on fences.
Grounds upkeep: Repair ruts and holes with topsoil and level for drainage; add mulch and/or pine straw to flower beds in early May and October.
Pricing: Provide a total monthly price for all 50 lots.
