Fuel deliveryApproximately 10,000 gallons annually, delivered as needed to refill generator and reserve tanks to approximately 90% capacity. Standard deliveries required within two consecutive business days of order receipt.
Tank inventory32 diesel tanks ranging from 60 to 20,000 gallons, including day tanks, an underground tank, and a transfer tank.
Sampling and testingSample all tanks and provide test reports; include pricing for five sampling rounds across the inventory over five years.
Fuel maintenanceProvide polishing, approved additives, and water/sediment removal as indicated by testing, including handling and disposal.
PricingItemize fuel and delivery charges, sampling/testing, polishing hourly and per 100 gallons, additives, and water removal per gallon, including mobilization and disposal fees.
