Delivery: As-needed orders from 50 gallons to full transport loads; 6,000 gallons or more qualifies as transport. Weekday orders before 9:00 a.m. require same-day delivery; later orders require next-day delivery.
Equipment: Include required tank and dispensing equipment installation, maintenance, and spill containment.
Term and pricing: One year beginning January 1, 2027, with four optional one-year extensions. Quote OPIS Lubbock daily rack average plus delivery per gallon for each fuel and load type, itemize additional fees, and provide a comparison using July 31, 2026 OPIS pricing.
