Fuel quality: Gasoline must meet ASTM D4814; dyed diesel must meet ASTM D975, with minimum 40 cetane, maximum 15 ppm sulfur, and winter additive December through March. Supply region-appropriate fuel, including RFG and TxLED where required.
Order sizes: Quote per gallon for 0–500, 501–3,000, and over 3,000 gallons. Orders are as needed, with no guaranteed minimum volume or delivery quantity restrictions.
Delivery: Within 24 hours of order receipt; delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. local time, excluding holidays.
Pricing: Provide pricing for each of five annual periods, December 1, 2026–November 30, 2031, based on delivery-day OPIS net contract low price plus a per-gallon vendor constant covering loading, freight, delivery, overhead, and profit. Itemize applicable taxes and fees, additional pumping charges, and a fixed dry run fee.
