What the job is
Capacity: At least 20 female residents, ages 13–17 and eligible older youth, in a non-secure setting with 24/7 supervision and crisis intervention.
Treatment: Gender-responsive, trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy; mental health and substance use services; individualized treatment plans; family engagement and aftercare.
Staffing and licensing: Applicable residential childcare licensing, compliant direct-care staffing ratios, an RN or LPN, and an LCMHC, LPA, or LCSW.
Education: Onsite accredited schooling, special education support, vocational readiness, and daily recreation.
Operations: Three meals and two snacks daily, routine and emergency transportation, furnishings, equipment, and facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Pricing: Daily rate per resident with a detailed budget and budget narrative for three years, plus two optional one-year extensions.
Required site visit: October 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time; arrive promptly and attend the full visit.
