What the job is
Vehicles: One 2026 Ford F-150 and one 2026 Ford F-250, both crew cab 4x4 with camper shells; one 2026 and one 2027 Ford F-550 crew cab 4x4 with flatbeds; and one 2027 Chevrolet Tahoe LS 4x4.
Equipment: Specified Whelen emergency lights, sirens, controllers, alternating taillight kits, five-minute shutoff timers for the trucks, Havis consoles for the F-150 and F-550s, and Kussmaul Auto Charge 1000 PLC systems for both F-550s. Install supplied radios and specified microphone mounts.
Installation: Complete turnkey installation using new equipment only, with no substitutions. Include vehicle-specific mounting, wiring, programming, and camper-shell lighting disconnects.
Pricing and timing: Itemize parts/materials and labor per vehicle, include equipment freight, and show sales tax separately. Provide completion time after vehicles and equipment are available and your vehicle storage capacity. The F-150 and 2026 F-550 are available now; the remaining vehicles are on order.
Warranty: One year on workmanship and at least one year on supplied equipment, or the manufacturer's warranty if longer.
