Containment: Front partition with double-wall 3/8-inch Lexan and 16-gauge metal; middle partition with two swing doors; third-row cage; two swing-down seat dividers; rear divider and equipment shelving. Include ventilation holes in Lexan.
Protective fabrication: Lexan window covers and filler panels, expanded metal over both rear windows, tamper-resistant door and under-seat panels, metal duct and light covers, overhead radio console, and steps on both sides with a yellow passenger-step marking.
Lighting and electrical: Install headlight and taillight flashers, red compartment lights, map and visor lights, two amber Squadron Pro bumper lights, siren speaker, 100W air horn, backup alarm, breakers, fuse block, electronics board, and 12V outlets.
Accessories: Install secure idle, Tremco anti-theft system, Blac-Rac rifle mount with adjustable lock timer, side-curtain airbag switch, rear-door external lock, tow mirrors, and seatbelt signs.
Camera integration: Install customer-supplied AXON cameras, monitor, microphone, antenna, and recording equipment using supplied instructions.
Quote: Include fabrication, installation labor, required materials, itemized pricing, and estimated turnaround for all four vans.
