What the job is
Scope: Collect, haul, and dispose of storm debris, including hanging limbs, tree stumps, and vegetation blocking traffic access.
Disposal and pricing: Provide a per-cubic-yard rate for disposal at an approved facility within 15 miles of campus, including labor, equipment, fuel, traffic control, and transportation. Itemize additional fees; tipping fees must not exceed the facility's charges.
Response: Provide a project manager available 24/7 when services are activated, and state deployment time and daily debris removal capacity.
Documentation: Provide daily load tickets, truck capacity verification and load-ticket training, and invoices showing cubic yards by date. Retain load tickets throughout the service term and for at least two years afterward.
Term: Three years, with up to two additional one-year renewals.
