First mailing: Approximately 17,800 personalized letters in #10 envelopes with vendor-supplied coasters; mail around January 6, 2027.
Second mailing: Approximately 16,000 personalized 6 x 9-inch postcards on 100# silk stock, full color on both sides; mail around February 4, 2027.
Third mailing: Approximately 15,200 personalized letters in 6 x 9-inch envelopes; mail around March 8, 2027.
Letters and envelopes: 8.5 x 11-inch letters on white 24/60# offset smooth stock; red PMS 186 C headers and black variable printing on letters and envelopes. First-mailing envelopes use matching white stock.
Coasters: 17,800 round, 3.5-inch, 40-point pulpboard coasters, printed one color on both sides; must not increase envelope postage.
Production and turnaround: Include printing, folding, inserting, addressing, sealing, USPS preparation, First-Class postage and all shipping. Complete each mailing within five business days of receiving supplied files. All work must be in-house except coaster printing.
Quality and security: Proof approval required before printing; include costs for one client representative’s travel and spot checks for the first and third mailings. Provide a security plan and three references for similar personalized mailings involving sensitive data.
Pricing: Itemize each mailing and additional quantities per 100. Material estimates differ from mailing counts: 16,900 postcards and 16,000 third-mailing envelopes; identify quantities included in your quote.
