What the job is
Work: On-call installation, diagnostics, electrical work, removals, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and parts supply. Drilling is excluded.
Systems: Irrigation wells with casing and discharge sizes of 4 inches or larger; domestic wells below 4 inches; windmills; solar wells, including windmill-to-solar conversions; and water capture systems such as guzzlers, trick tanks, drinkers, and catchments.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive hourly rates for shop labor, field supervisors, and field laborers, plus mileage rates and parts discounts for the regions you cover. One-way travel time and mileage apply beyond 50 miles from your business to the jobsite. Exclude gross receipts and local option taxes.
Service term: One year, with two optional annual extensions; work is assigned as needed with no guaranteed volume.
Requirements: Appropriate New Mexico contractor licensing and permits; 100% performance and payment/material bonds for projects over $25,000.
