- System Options: Cloud, on-premise, or both for NG-911 call handling systems.
- Integration: Must support ESInet, NGCS, CAD, RMS, GIS, legacy, transitional, and i3 interoperability.
- Support: 24/7/365 remote monitoring, help desk, on-site support, maintenance, repairs, updates, and patches.
- Security: NIST cybersecurity framework, encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, and annual security audits.
- Training: On-site end-user and technical training, including at least 4 hours per shift after implementation.
- Response Times: 4-hour on-site response for major failures and 24-hour on-site response for minor failures when remote resolution is not possible.
