• Equipment: 51 total elevators, including 45 in Santa Fe and 6 at the Pinetree site in Albuquerque; freight elevators included.
• Service frequency: Quarterly preventive maintenance with annual fire service testing included.
• Scope: Inspection, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, repairs, labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Testing support: Coordinate with the fire alarm contractor and provide one hour of standby support per elevator during testing.
• Callbacks: Include normal business hours and after-hours emergency service callback pricing.
• Requirements: New Mexico elevator mechanic and elevator inspector licensing/certification compliance required.
