What the job is
Materials: Leaves, chipped or unchipped brush, and grass clippings.
Estimated Annual Volume: 12,000 tons of leaves, 7,500 tons of brush, 3,000 tons of grass from the regional site, and 1,000 tons of grass from municipal sites.
Equipment: Provide operators, front-end loaders, 50–100 cubic-yard trailers, and 20–40 cubic-yard roll-off containers.
Service Schedule: Daily removal from the regional site, grass removal within 24 hours and before weekends, and municipal leaf and brush removal within 30 days.
Facilities: Provide permitted processing facilities with capacity for approximately 25,000–30,000 tons annually and a backup facility within one hour of the regional site.
Term: January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions.
