Meter and check valve: Replace the 4-inch flanged water meter and install a 4-inch silent check valve inside the vault.
Service taps: Install three 4-inch x 1-inch saddle taps: an air vent with 1-inch ball valve and nipples; a sampling port with nipple and ball valve; and a chlorine injection connection after the check valve with 1-inch Schedule 80 nipple and ball valve.
Site restoration: Seal vault penetrations, perform a water leak test, bed all pipe in sand, backfill and compact ditches, reset valve boxes, and remove debris.
Equipment and access: Include all equipment and materials, with materials subject to maintenance approval. Site access requires one day's notice and a maintenance escort.
