New equipment: Furnish and install an Aurora 6-81-15E horizontal split-case fire pump and Tornatech GPS controller, or pre-approved equivalents.
Plumbing: Install a 10-inch RPZ assembly, PVC funnel and drain piping, two Read-O-Matic meters for domestic and irrigation systems, and required valves, fittings, and sprinkler piping. Retain existing fire department connection and designated testing outlets and valves.
Complete installation: Include all labor, materials, equipment, associated electrical and structural work, permits, disposal, safety barricades, and cleanup per drawings.
Schedule: Complete by June 30, 2027; work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
