- Gate work: Modify and reinstall the existing manual sliding metal gate for a new motorized operator.
- Operator/access control: Install an automated gate operator with access control/card key entry and vehicle detection loops.
- Concrete work: Provide equipment pads, curb/slab repairs, and protective bollards.
- Electrical/low voltage: Trench and install conduit, wiring, and connections back to the existing Field Maintenance Shop Building.
- Site restoration: Restore disturbed exterior areas to existing conditions.
