Hardware: Support existing Windows 11 workstations, Ingenico Lane 3000 and 2500 terminals, and Star MC-Print3 printers, or quote cost-effective replacements.
Training and Support: 16 hours of on-site training in Lincoln, plus 24/7 technical support with calls answered within eight minutes.
Pricing: Itemize implementation, training, hardware, and annual software, hosting, maintenance, upgrades, and support costs for up to four years.
