What the job is
Equipment: Provide and maintain one compactor with an attached 34-cubic-yard receiving wet box.
Collections: Scheduled pickup every six days, plus additional pickups within 24 hours of notification. Service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Disposal and cleaning: Collect nonhazardous trash, include all disposal fees and permits, disinfect and deodorize the container after each collection, and keep a 15-foot perimeter free of trash.
Personnel: At least one year of trash collection experience; all service personnel must pass nationwide fingerprint-based background checks at your expense.
Service period and pricing: December 21, 2026–December 21, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals. Please itemize monthly equipment rental, scheduled and additional pickup rates, and any one-time startup costs, including renewal pricing.
