What the job is
Coverage: Initial inspection and treatment of approximately 252,301 square feet across housing, food service, offices, storage, support buildings, and towers, plus facility perimeter pest control.
Twice-monthly service: Treat 62,000 square feet of food service and warehouse areas during the first and third weeks each month; replace glue boards in all Genus fly units monthly.
Quarterly service: Treat the remaining areas within the first 10 workdays of January, April, July, and October.
Pests and methods: Control rats, mice, roaches, ants, flies, gnats, mosquitoes, spiders, water bugs, springtails, and silverfish. No poison or poisonous bait for rodent control.
Additional service: Respond to as-needed calls within three days and provide follow-up for unsatisfactory service within 24 hours at no extra charge.
Staff and scheduling: Missouri-licensed pesticide technicians; personnel subject to facility background checks. Service Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., or by arrangement; treat food, warehouse, and break areas only when unoccupied.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-treatment rates for twice-monthly, quarterly, and as-needed service for one year, plus pricing adjustments for two optional one-year renewals. Include labor, materials, equipment, and insurance.
