What the job is
Siding: Remove existing exterior metal siding and install 26-gauge prefinished panels, Central States Panel-Loc Plus or equivalent, with matching trim, flashing, and weather barrier.
Roof: Replace roof metal with 24-gauge, 24-inch mechanically seamed standing-seam panels; include roof insulation, ventilation boots, and associated flashing.
Additional work: Replace pedestrian doors, LED fixtures, gutters, and downspouts; perform site grading and improvements to prevent water intrusion. Keep the building watertight during construction and remove debris offsite.
Wall insulation: Separately price approximately 2,440 sq ft of R-19 replacement insulation for wet areas, with credit for unused quantities.
Fall protection: Separately price permanent roof fall protection meeting OSHA requirements.
Site visit and schedule: Mandatory site visit by October 10, 2026; verify field measurements. Complete all work by May 18, 2027.
Labor and warranty: Include applicable Christian County prevailing wage rates and at least a one-year parts and labor warranty.
