Response times: On-site within four hours for standard requests or two hours for urgent requests received before 5:00 p.m.; by 8:00 a.m. the next business day for requests received after 5:00 p.m.
Delivery: Desired within 30–45 calendar days of order authorization, including freight, unloading, and removal of delivery debris.
Pricing: Include all applicable costs and identify your Missouri service coverage.
