What the job is
Tank: One UL142 3,000-gallon Newberry double-wall cylindrical saddle tank, factory primed with white enamel finish, or approved equal. Set on the provided concrete pad, grout and shim as needed, and secure with stainless steel anchors.
Pump: One Wayne 3/G7242P/28JKUY1/K twin diesel pump or approved equal, with Morrison Brothers 434-17001 AK stand.
Tank fittings: Two Morrison 244 6-inch emergency vents, Morrison 516 spill bucket with 9095AA 2-inch overfill protection, OPW 23 atmospheric vent, locking fill and stick-port caps, air eliminator connection, and future-use plug.
Piping: 2-inch black iron tank-to-pump piping, ball valves at the tank and pump, and one Morrison 910 anti-siphon valve at the tank.
Dispensing accessories: Two each: 12-foot Husky EagleFlex ¾-inch hoses, 003360 Safe-T-Break breakaways, 000350 swivels, and 159561-03 nozzles.
Coordination: Electrical work, fuel management system, level monitor, and piping painting by others; coordinate final connections and include system testing.
Schedule and warranty: Install April 12–June 11, 2027. Include a one-year parts and labor warranty.
