Engine: One new John Deere 6090AFM85 Tier 3 Marine engine, rated 298 hp / 210 ekW prime at 1800 RPM, with a 14-inch flywheel, SAE 1 adapter, and 24 VDC starting and controls.
Modifications: Configure for remote radiator cooling and switchgear control; remove charging alternator, crankcase ventilation filter, heat exchanger, expansion tank, and accessory reduction gear drive. Include a 2½-inch vertical coolant outlet and custom damper guard.
Accessories: Programmed ECU with mounting panel and harnesses, fuel pump relay, voltage protection diode, glycol filter assembly, metal-canister air cleaner, sensors, 10-foot fuel supply/return and oil drain hoses, and 18-inch stainless exhaust flex with 5-inch flange.
Optional testing: Price an eight-hour shop load or dynamometer test separately, including operation at 110% rated load, test reports, oil analysis, and post-test preservation.
Delivery and warranty: Include freight and protective packaging to Anchorage, a firm lead time targeting delivery within 12 weeks of order, O&M manuals, and a minimum one-year warranty from final commissioning.
