  • ConditionsGenerally flat terrain with wetland pockets. Work on suitably frozen ground, with snow depth no greater than 12 inches, while avoiding rutting. Include maintaining site access.
  • EquipmentRubber-tracked skid steer with at least 100 HP and 35 GPM hydraulic flow, tracked crawler with at least 135 HP, or rotary axe with at least 180 HP and tracks or high-flotation tires. Provide suitable mowing/mulching attachments and your own GPS.
  • ExperienceOperators need at least 250 hours on the equipment and attachments used.
  • ScheduleStart no earlier than January 1, 2027, subject to approval and ground conditions; substantially complete by March 1 or before significant thaw, with final completion by April 1, 2027.
