What the job is
Service period: December 1, 2026–November 30, 2027, with possible extensions.
Scope: Integrated pest management, initial inspections and setup, weekly or monthly inspections, as-needed treatments, device maintenance, carcass disposal, service logs, and optional pest reduction mapping. No live trapping; bed bugs and wildlife other than commensal or semi-commensal rodents are excluded.
Response times: Emergencies within 2 hours, 24/7 year-round; non-emergencies within 8 hours or the beginning of the next day. Include two callbacks per month per building.
Pricing: Provide initial setup, weekly/monthly rates, separate emergency/non-emergency hourly rates for insects and rodents, mapping rates, and equipment cost-plus percentage. County pricing should cover building sizes from 1–5,000 to 300,001+ square feet. Include equipment in setup and recurring rates, pesticides, and travel costs.
Qualifications: Minnesota SPCC company and SPCA applicator licenses; at least 5 years of commercial experience covering 3.5 million square feet annually for metro locations or 1 million for other counties.
