- Items: Customer-owned towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, mattress pads, reusable underpads, bedspreads, quilts, clothing protectors, patient gowns, tablecloths, robes, mop heads, rugs, and rags. No linen rental, dry cleaning, or hand washing of personal clothing.
- Processing: Wash and dry all items; fold applicable linens, press sheets, bedspreads, quilts, and pillowcases, stack washcloths flat, and press, fold, and hang tablecloths. Maintain healthcare infection-control standards and protect clean laundry during transport.
- Pickup and delivery: Weekly, twice weekly, or every other week, depending on location. Provide sanitized laundry carts with lift mechanisms and state your turnaround time after pickup.
- Pricing: Quote per pound of clean, dry laundry by location, including pickup, delivery, and carts, with sales tax listed separately. Include additional rinsing for stained linens and re-laundering of unclean items at no extra charge.
- Service period: January–December 2027, with potential extensions totaling up to 48 months.
- Experience: At least three consecutive years providing comparable commercial laundry services to medical facilities.
