Collections: Weekly pickup, with additional on-call pickups within 24 hours at the same per-pickup rate.
Containers: Provide and maintain covered garbage and recycling containers with plastic lids or doors; keep containers clean and in good repair.
Scope: Loading, hauling, disposal, and cleanup of garbage immediately adjacent to containers.
Pricing: Quote per pickup by container size and type, including equipment, labor, disposal, weight fees, and fuel surcharges. Identify applicable waste taxes separately.
License: Maintain a valid solid waste hauler license for Mille Lacs County.
