What the job is
Training room: Private, minimum 1,800 sq. ft., seating 58 at round tables at least 5 ft. in diameter, four people per table. Required April 13–14, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and April 15, 7:30–11:30 a.m.
Exam room: Private, minimum 1,800 sq. ft., seating 80 on April 15, 12:30–5:00 p.m. Seat two per 8-ft. rectangular table, one per 6-ft. rectangular table, or three per 5-ft. round table. The training room may be reused if suitable.
Setup and registration: Access April 12, 2:00–5:00 p.m.; secured storage; registration area with two 8-ft. tables and two chairs; podium or presenter table and four 8-ft. training support tables. Rectangular tables must be at least 28 inches wide.
Lodging: 40 single-occupancy rooms for three nights, checking in April 12 and out April 15: seven staff rooms billed centrally and 33 attendee rooms booked individually. Staff check-in begins at noon.
Catering: For 65 people each day: continental breakfast buffet available 7:30–10:30 a.m.; lunch buffet in a separate nearby area seating all 65, with two meats, sides, dessert, and beverages. Lunch is at noon April 13–14 and 11:30 a.m. April 15. Include vegetarian and low-fat options and accommodate dietary needs.
Beverages: Water, regular/decaf coffee, lemonade, and hot/iced tea, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. April 13–14 and 7:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. April 15.
Parking and access: 80 parking spaces daily; minimum 13-ft. clearance if using a ramp. Lodging, meeting space, and parking must be within 0.1 mile of each other or connected by shuttle service. Facilities must be accessible.
